EEE 313 Electronic Circuit Design

Course description

This course covers the analysis and design of electronic circuits using discrete components such as diodes and transistors. It starts out with a very brief introduction to the physical operation principles of electronic components, in other words, to what is "inside" the transistor or the diode. Otherwise, only the terminal current-voltage (i - v) characteristics of the components come into play. This course is primarily devoted to analog circuits, in particular to linear amplifiers.
