HOMEWORK

Homework#1 : a) Use a 1-bit quantizer to quantize a speech sound using matlab. Comment on the resulting sound. Is sound intelligible? b-) Make the samples of the speech wave zero which have magnitude  between -0.25 and 0.25. Comment on the results. Is speech intelligible?

Homework #2: Use DCT instead of using DFT for this project.
