EEE 321 Signals and Systems

Course description

The subject matter of this course is central to the

mathematical analysis of linear systems arising in many areas of

electrical engineering. The many concepts developed, most notably that

of frequency domain analysis, is one of the most important

intellectual pillars of the discipline.

Contents: Introduction to discrete and continuous signals and systems.

Linear shift-invariant systems. Fourier analysis for continuous-time and

discrete-time signals and systems. Introduction to filtering,

sampling, and other selected topics.
