The compulsory textbook is an essential resource.
You are responsible for reading and studying
everything
in the course textbook, unless we explicitly state that
a section is omitted. Omitted sections will be listed
on the course web page.
Attendance to lectures are not required.
The examinations will be open-book.
There will be Matlab assignments and analytical homework
assignments. There will not be any quizzes but it is
nevertheless strongly recommended that you keep up
your studying with the lectures. Solving problems is
an essential part of studying.
Suggested problems will be
assigned beyond the homeworks
that will be collected and graded.
