Personal History
Omer Morgul was born in January 13, 1959 in Istanbul.
He graduated from Electronics Engineering of Technical University,
Istanbul,
ITU,
in 1980. He got his M.S. degree at
ITU,
1982. He earned his
Ph.D. degree in University of California,
Berkeley,
California, USA, in 1989.
In August 3, 1984 he married to Lale .
Lale and Omer are parents of Eren
and Emre.
