Class Rules
Students are expected to be in the class room on time. Late comers
will not be admitted. Students are encouraged to participate in the
lecture by asking questions and making comments. However, they should
not talk during class without permission.
Homework
Students should try to solve the homework problems by themselves, and
seek help from the assistants and/or the instructor, if needed. Copying
homework solutions from other students is not allowed. Exams will
contain some questions that are very similar to the homework problems.
Make-up Policy
If necessary, a single make-up exam will be given
after the final exam for qualified students. However, students are
strongly discouraged from requesting make-up exams. These will
naturally be more difficult than the regular exams.
